We have been growing 2 different types of potato, Rocket and Vales Emerald.
We have entered a competition and the heaviest crop wins a prize.
We will be eating potato salad on Monday
We cut up the potatoes and put them in a bowl then we added spring onions and salad cream.
It tasted delicious!!
